Using TripTide
These Terms of Use govern TripTide. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information you are authorized to upload. You remain responsible for travel decisions and for reviewing the itinerary before relying on it.
Travel and AI information
TripTide is a planning tool, not a travel agency, booking provider, emergency service or professional adviser. AI, map, opening-hour, price, visa, safety and availability information can be incomplete or outdated. Confirm important details directly with official providers before traveling or paying.
Purchases
A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase permanently bound to the selected trip. It keeps that itinerary and manual editing available and includes the AI request allowance displayed before purchase; it does not renew automatically. A yearly membership includes 300 AI requests shared across the account's trips during each membership year, with a maximum of 30 AI requests per UTC day. Unused requests do not roll into a renewed membership year. The membership renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. App Store billing, refunds and family-sharing eligibility are controlled by Apple.
Accounts and content
Keep your sign-in secure. You retain ownership of content you add and grant TripTide the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to you and invited collaborators. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or confidential material you lack permission to use.
Fair use
Do not automate requests, evade account or usage limits, interfere with the service, scrape data, reverse engineer protected service components, or use TripTide to harm others. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect users and service availability.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, TripTide is provided without guarantees that every recommendation or route is accurate, available or suitable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Questions can be sent through the TripTide support link on the App Store product page.

购买
单次旅行通行证为一次性购买，永久绑定所选旅行，永久保留该行程与手动编辑能力，并包含购买前页面展示的 AI 请求额度，不会自动续订。每个年度会员周期包含 300 次 AI 请求，由账号下全部旅行共享，每个 UTC 日最多使用 30 次；未使用额度不会结转至新的会员年度。年度会员会自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前通过 Apple 账号取消。计费、退款及家人共享资格由 Apple 管理。
账号与内容
请妥善保管登录信息。你保留所添加内容的权利，并授权 TripTide 在提供存储、处理、展示以及同行协作功能所必需的范围内使用这些内容。请勿上传违法、有害或无权使用的机密材料。
合理使用
不得自动化请求、绕过账号或用量限制、干扰服务、抓取数据、逆向受保护的服务组件，或利用 TripTide 伤害他人。为保护用户和服务可用性，我们可能限制或暂停滥用行为。
服务与责任
服务可能调整或暂时不可用。在法律允许的范围内，TripTide 不保证每项推荐或路线始终准确、可用或适合你。本条款不会限制法律规定不得排除的消费者权利。
变更与联系
服务变化时我们可能更新本条款。如有问题，请使用 TripTide 在 App Store 产品页显示的支持链接。
