Privacy Policy

Overview
TripTide helps you collect travel material, plan itineraries with AI, collaborate, and keep trips synchronized. This policy explains the information used to provide those features.
Information we process
We process account identifiers and, when supplied by Apple or Google, an email address; trip names, dates, places, notes, messages, links, screenshots and booking details you choose to add; collaboration activity; App Store product and transaction identifiers; and limited operational logs needed for reliability and security.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, synchronize trips, generate and refine itineraries, deliver purchases, support collaboration, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect the service. TripTide does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
AI processing and sharing
Before the first AI planning or screenshot-analysis request on a device, TripTide asks for permission in the app. If you allow it, the text you submit, relevant trip context, and screenshots or booking materials you choose to analyze are sent through Supabase to fal.ai and OpenRouter. OpenRouter routes requests to OpenAI or Google Gemini depending on service availability. These providers return generated text or extracted travel details so TripTide can create and refine your itinerary.
Service providers
TripTide uses Apple and Google for sign-in or purchases; Supabase for authentication, cloud storage and server functions; fal.ai and OpenRouter for AI request routing; OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI processing; and map or place-data providers for travel information. TripTide only uses these providers to deliver the requested features and requires protections consistent with this policy. AI providers may retain limited request data where required for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance under their applicable service terms.
Retention and deletion
Cloud trips and account information are kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and owned trip data inside Profile → Account actions → Delete account. Some purchase, security or legal records may be retained where required. On-device drafts can be removed by deleting the app.
Your choices
You can decline AI data sharing and continue using manual itinerary editing. You can later allow or withdraw AI permission in Profile → AI data sharing. Withdrawing permission stops future AI requests but does not delete content or AI results already saved in a trip. You may also remove trip material, delete individual trips, sign out, or delete your account in the app.

服务提供商
TripTide 使用 Apple 和 Google 提供登录或购买服务；使用 Supabase 提供身份验证、云端存储和服务器功能；使用 fal.ai 和 OpenRouter 路由 AI 请求；使用 OpenAI 和 Google Gemini 处理 AI 请求；并使用地图或地点数据服务提供旅行信息。TripTide 仅允许这些服务为用户请求的功能处理数据，并要求其提供与本政策一致的保护。AI 服务可能依据其适用条款，为安全、防止滥用或履行法律义务而有限保留请求数据。
保存与删除
账号有效期间，我们会保存云端旅行和账号信息。你可以在“个人中心 → 账号操作 → 删除账号”中永久删除账号及自己拥有的旅行数据。法律、安全或交易记录可能按规定继续保存。删除 App 可清除仅保存在本机的草稿。
你的选择
你可以拒绝 AI 数据共享并继续手动编辑行程，也可以稍后在“个人中心 → AI 数据共享”中允许或撤回 AI 授权。撤回后不会再发送新的 AI 请求，但不会删除行程中已经保存的内容或 AI 结果。你也可以移除旅行素材、删除单个旅行、退出登录或删除账号。
